- Mathematics: The math section of the test has two parts, one with the calculator and the other without a calculator. The former contains 38 questions with 55 minutes; however, the latter contains 20 questions with 25 minutes. The latter part where a calculator is allowed contains complex calculations. - SAT essay: This is an optional part of the examination. However, some universities recommend it. In this, you have to demonstrate your reading, writing, and analysis skills in 50 minutes.
